Speaking
to reporters following a meeting with Surdirman Said in his Tehran
office on Monday, Zangeneh said the upcoming meeting of the member state
of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) was one of
the highlights of his meeting with the Indonesian minister of energy and
mineral resources.
He
described his talks with the Indonesian official as good, saying that
discussions over the current international oil market were also held in
the meeting.
"Iran's export of LPG to Indonesia will reach 500,000 tons by the end of the next [Iranian] calendar year," he added.
Supply
of feedstock to Indonesia by Iran and sale of crude oil and gas
condensates were also discussed during the meeting, and purchase of
Indonesian refinery stocks by Iran through long-term contracts were also
considered, he added.
Zangeneh
also said that Indonesian state-run corporation Pertamina has also
indicated willingness to join development projects on Iran's oil fields,
and the National Iranian Oil Company will hold talks with the
Indonesian energy heavyweight.
